Grace Snider, Student-at-Law
Grace is an articling student at SB LLP, and her interests lie in corporate and commercial law, as well as real estate law.
After receiving her undergraduate degree, Grace worked as a public educator for the Saffron Centre, a sexual assault centre in Sherwood Park. During her tenure, she taught a wide audience, from kindergarteners to adults with learning disabilities, about topics such as healthy relationships, internet safety, and trauma-informed approaches.
In law school, Grace was actively involved in advocacy and community service. She was a member of the Women's Law Forum Sexual Assault Awareness Committee, which promotes understanding and support for survivors. She also volunteered with the Trans ID Clinic, assisting individuals with the legal process of changing their names and gender markers.
Grace is actively engaged in her rural community and currently serves as a Trustee on the Calmar Library Board.
Outside of the office, Grace finds joy in reading, listening to history podcasts and her favourite group, BTS, and going for walks to Maggie Moo’s Ice Cream Barn.
