Sahil Sharma, LLB
Sahil’s practice focuses on Corporate & Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Development & Construction Law, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He works with developers, builders, investors, business owners, and healthcare professionals on a variety of transactional and business matters.
Prior to practicing law, Sahil worked as a real estate agent and was extensively involved in real estate development and construction. His experience in the industry has given him a strong understanding of the practical and commercial considerations involved in real estate acquisitions, new development, construction, and the various stages of a real estate project. Sahil draws on this experience to provide clients with practical legal advice that is informed by an understanding of their broader business objectives.
Sahil also works with healthcare professionals, including dentists and physicians, and understands the unique legal and business considerations they face in operating and growing their practices. His work with healthcare professionals includes lease reviews, construction contracts, associate agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, banking, and lending matters.
Sahil takes a relationship-driven approach to his practice and strives to understand each client’s goals and objectives. He believes that effective legal advice should not only address the immediate legal issue, but also help clients make informed decisions and achieve their broader business goals.
Outside of his practice, Sahil is an avid golfer, enjoys spending time with his dog, travelling and experiencing new cuisines and cultures.
